Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Collective Dancewear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order processing time

The Collective Dancewear aim to ship your order within 48 hours of you placing it and all orders are shipped with a tracked service of your choice. Orders are usually not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

UK Royal Mail 48h Tracked Service

Most items will arrive within 2-3 working days from posting and you will be sent a tracking number so that you can follow your order's journey.
Sometimes delivery takes longer than this but if you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us.
Cost: £4.50

UK  Royal Mail 24h Tracked Service

Most items will arrive within 1-2 working days from posting and you will be sent a tracking number so that you can follow your order's journey.
Sometimes delivery takes longer than this but if you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us.
Cost: £6.00

We offer Free UK Shipping for orders over £60.00 


UK Special Delivery

Monday to Friday 24 hour traceable delivery service with Royal Mail.

Excludes Bank Holidays.

Applies to orders received before 12pm. Please note that orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.  Requires a signature from the recipient.

 Channel Islands Standard Tracked

Shipment to P.O. boxes

The Collective Dancewear does ship to P.O Boxes. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Collective Dancewear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Collective Dancewear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

LOST ORDER / TRACKING NUMBER IS SAYING DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER.

If the tracking information for your order confirms that the parcel has been delivered but you believe you have not received it, you must first check all safe places at your property and with immediate neighbours. UK tracking details may also include GPS coordinates showing where the parcel was scanned as delivered. Please review this information carefully and compare it with your address to determine whether the item may have been delivered to a neighbouring property.

If, after completing these checks, you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us quoting your order number and confirming your full delivery address. We will then raise the matter with Royal Mail for formal investigation.

Please note that investigations can take approximately 7–10 working days, as we must await Royal Mail’s findings before taking further action. Should Royal Mail confirm that the parcel has been lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

Refunds will only be issued where a replacement cannot be provided or where the investigation confirms the parcel as lost and the matter cannot otherwise be resolved.
