RETURNS

DELLALO MILANO PRE ORDERS 

Please note as per the original notes under the product description, these items are hand made, made to order leotards and can therefore not be returned for a refund nor an exchange. We recommend that you make sure you have checked the sizing thoroughly.   

LAST CHANCE TO BUY REFUNDS

Please note that any products in the Last Chance To Buy collection can not be returned for a refund.

We do however still accept a return for an exchange to a different item. Subject to price difference. 

HAIR ACCESSORIES

Please note for hygiene reasons we can not accept any returns of hair products such as bun wraps, bun nets, hair pins and hair bands.

All other terms apply.

 

RETURNS 

If you are unhappy with your purchase from The Collective Dancewear we will exchange or refund your purchase provided it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition and in its original packaging and all tags attached. The items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

The items should be returned in their original condition, with original tags still attached and in their original packaging, free of make-up, fake tan, pet hairs, deodorants and perfume and not have been washed. All goods will be inspected on return. Please note that items returned worn, stained with perfume/deodorant or washed, or handled inappropriately, or returned outside of the 14 day returns period will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item for either an exchange or a refund, please download and print our Return and Exchange form here.  Please ensure that you have filled out the form with your name, order number, the items you are exchanging or returning and the action you require and send it back with the products that are being returned, as this will enable to process your request quickly. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that you send goods signed for and a proof of postage certificate is obtained when returning any part of your order.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the product. We will only refund the delivery charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty or does not match your order.

When processing a refund for returned goods, we will refund by the original method of payment and you will receive an email confirming the refund amount. If we decide not to process any refund you will be contacted by our Customer Services department. Please note that exchanges may take up to 5 working days to dispatch upon receipt and refunds will take no longer than 14 days once received. 

Please be aware that the value of the refund will exclude shipping costs, and that exchanges are subject to availability. Replacements will be sent out at no extra charge.
