EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD.

Any purchase made between the 15th November to 22nd December falls under our extended Christmas refund period as long the return has reached us by Friday 12th January 2024 and all other terms and conditions apply. 

HAIR ACCESSORIES & TIGHTS

Please note for hygiene reasons we can not accept any returns of hair products such as bun wraps, bun nets, hair pins and hair bands.

All other terms apply.

EXCHANGES

Please note we do not exchange goods. Should you want to exchange a product you would need to place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. Please follow the steps below. 

RETURNS 

If you are unhappy with your purchase from The Collective Dancewear we will refund your purchase provided it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, unworn and all tags attached. The items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

The items should be returned in their original condition, with original tags still attached, free of make-up, fake tan, pet hairs, deodorants and perfume and not have been washed. All goods will be inspected on return.

Please note that items returned worn, stained with perfume/deodorant or washed, or handled inappropriately, or returned outside of the 14 day returns period will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you have filled out the form with your name, order number, the items you are returning and send it back with the products that are being returned, as this will enable us to process your request quickly. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that you send the goods with a tracked and insured post service when returning any part of your order.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the product. 

When processing a refund for returned goods, we will refund by the original method of payment and you will receive an email confirming the refunded amount. If we decide not to process any refund you will be contacted by our Customer Services department. 

Please be aware that the value of the refund will exclude shipping costs.
