The USA: £18.00
Due to the tariffs introduced by the US Government we have had to increase our US prices as well as the shipping to the US to cover the additional costs and taxes charged directly to us by the Royal Mail.
This means that all duties are included in our prices and you as a customer should NOT be charged any import duty or added customs charges.
Delivery usually takes between 4-10 days depending on destination.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or handling fees once they reach the destination country.
These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included in our prices (except for US orders).
Any customs charges are payable by the recipient. For US customers, prices include applicable tariffs and no additional customs charges should be due on delivery.
For all other countries, we recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering, as we are unable to advise on specific charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations and for any customs charges incurred.

Orders Returned to Sender
Please note, any orders returned to us because they have not been collected by the recipient, or have failed to be delivered by the postal operator due to an incorrect address supplied to us can be resent but will incur a new postage charge.
PLEASE NOTE: A restock fee / admin fee of £15 will be charged to any orders returned to us due to the above reasons.
We will also not refund the shipping if an order is returned to to us due to these reasons.
We can not take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer errors. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all their details are correct before submitting the order.
Should an order be returned to us due to the reasons given above, we would of course email you to confirm if you still want the order and we will then send you a further postage invoice, to be paid before we resend the order.
Should an order be lost due to the incorrect postal address given on the order we are unfortunately unable to refund the customer as it is the responsibility of the customer to give the correct postal address.
