General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) Compliance

The General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) are a set of guidelines established to ensure that products placed on the market are safe for consumers. 

Under the GPSR, manufacturers and distributors are required to ensure that their products meet specific safety standards and we (Collective Dancewear) are committed to ensuring that the products that we resell on our website adhere to these guidelines. 

We (Collective Dancewear Limited) are committed to ensuring that all of our products on our website meet the highest safety standards. 

We collaborate with all our suppliers to ensure that the products we sell meet the safety standards set by the European Union's General Product Safety Regulation (GSPR), ensuring that the products are designed and manufactured to be safe for consumers, including considerations like material composition, construction techniques, and labeling, to prevent potential hazards during use and that they are compliant with all relevant regulations when sold within the EU market.  

We ensure that all our products have the relevant information on their product pages and/or as added information when shipped. This included manufacturer contact details, product identification such as barcodes or SKUs, materials, any risk assessment if applicable and our Authorised Representative in the EU.
