Most items will arrive within 2-3 working days from posting and you will be sent a tracking number so that you can follow your order's journey.

A 24 hour traceable delivery service with Royal Mail. Excludes Bank Holidays. Applies to orders received before 12pm on the Friday. Please note that orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.  Requires a signature from the recipient.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

WE DO NOT PRE-PAY ANY IMPORT DUTY OR TAX AND THEREFORE YOU MAY BE CHARGED BY YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. PLEASE SEE OUR SHIPPING PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

The Collective Dancewear has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Orders Returned to Sender 

Please note, any orders returned to us because they have not been collected by the recipient, or have failed to be delivered by the postal operator due to an incorrect address supplied to us can be resent but will incur a new postage charge.

Should the customer not want the original order resent we will charge a £10 restock fee. 

We will also not refund the shipping if an order is returned to to us due to these reasons. 

We can not take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer errors. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all their details are correct before submitting the order. 

Should an order be returned to us due to the reasons given above, we would of course email you to confirm if you still want the order and we will then send you a further postage invoice, to be paid before we resend the order. 

Should an order be lost due to the incorrect postal address given on the order we are unfortunately unable to refund the customer as it is the responsibility of the customer to give the correct postal address.
